Podiatrists in Port St. Lucie for heel pain, toenails and sore ankles
We see adults and children. Before we start, we explain what we find, what to try first, and what it is likely to cost.

What patients say

What we treat
Adults and children of every age, including patients with diabetes and runners of every pace.
Pain and injuries

Heel pain and plantar fasciitis
Heel pain that is worst on your first steps out of bed.

Bunions and hammertoes
A bump at the big toe, or toes that curl and rub. We start with shoes and padding.

Ankle sprains and sports injuries
Sprains, Achilles pain and stress fractures, with a plan back to your sport.
Skin and nails

Ingrown toenails
A nail edge growing into the skin. Most are treated in one short office visit.

Fungal toenails
Thick, yellow or crumbly nails. We confirm the cause before we treat.

Plantar warts
Warts on the sole that hurt when you walk, treated in the office.
Ongoing care

Diabetic foot care
Regular foot checks and a prompt look at any sore, for patients with diabetes.

Custom orthotics
Shoe inserts made from a scan of your feet, when a store insert is not enough.

Children's feet
Flat feet, heel pain, ingrown nails and warts, with a parent in the room.

How we work
A plan on the first visit
Most first visits end with a plan to start that day: a stretch, new shoes, or a small office procedure.
X-rays in the office
We take foot and ankle X-rays here, so most injuries need no second trip to an imaging center.
Diabetic foot checks
Patients with diabetes get a full foot check at every visit: skin, nails, feeling, circulation and shoes.
Early and Saturday hours
We open at 7:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Saturday mornings, for patients who work or train.

Questions patients ask

Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
Not with most plans. Some HMO and Medicare Advantage plans ask for a referral from your primary care doctor. Call (772) 555-0147 with your plan name and we will check.
Do you take Medicare?
Yes. We see patients with Medicare and with many Medicare Advantage plans. See the plans we work with
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients get a first visit within a week. Call early in the morning about an ingrown nail or a new injury and we will try to see you that day.
¿Hablan español?
Sí. Dr. Quenneville and our front desk speak Spanish.
